I employed Auckland City Painters to do some internal painting of all my skirting boards and doors in my Bungalow in Westmere. From the start I found the Company to be very professional, from John replying to my call quickly and coming to do a quote, through to the final phone call after the team had left to make sure I was happy. The team always arrived on time, and cleaned up each day before they left. The job was completed to a very high standard with a minimum of fuss. I was given good advice on colour matching, and nothing extra I requested was a problem. We have recently had the outside of our house painted by Auckland City Painters and what a fantastic job they did. Jonathan and Vic and their team were very professional and worked hard to get our job completed in a timely manner. We have an old weather board house with wooden joinery and the preparation prior to painting was exceptional. We are thrilled with the new paint finish giving our house a fresh, clean look. They were also very price competitive as we gained several quotes for our job. From start to finish my experience with Auckland City Painters was exceptionally satisfying. The general manger, Jonathan, was my primary contact, and he was a superb communicator. I found him personable, knowledgeable and delightfully attentive to my painting needs and concerns. The crew chief, Mike, was equally delightful: a consummate professional who was eager to ensure that the work was properly executed. The booking entailed painting the walls of my new apartment. My wife and I are thrilled with the quality of the work. I have had many experiences with tradespeople in my adult life; and, as one might expect, those interactions have ranged from awful to wholly satisfying. Awesome people very professional and into detail. The painting was checked by Johnathan three times to ensure that all details of the painting was correct according to our contract. I was surprised that the work was done earlier than expected but because of bad weather they pulled in more painters. This was a deadline job as the house was going on the market and they completed the work well within the time that was allocated. I'm very happy with the top results. After the contract I asked for extras to be done on a cost plus basis and the extras were done at a really great price. They were pleased to help get it all finished in time ~ Bill v

We contacted Auckland City Painters (ACP) after purchasing an apartment that needed freshening up. Even though it was only a short settlement and we do not live in Auckalnd they were able to complete the job soon after we took possession and on time before the next contractor required the keys. The work was all orgaised remotely with Jonathan who was great to deal with. They did a fantastic job, and left everything clean and tidy. 100% positive experience with this great team. I was unable to be present but there was no need to worry! Floor tiles done perfectly and in minimum time. Kitchen demolition achieved faster than I would have supposed possible, creative solutions for disposal, and John even went beyond the call of duty by undertaking an extra trip to help out a collector with transport problems. We had an atypical situation that involved scope change but I found Jonathan excellent to deal with throughout the process. It makes a huge difference when you feel that you can trust who you’re dealing with and I wish I could find the equivalent for every other trade! Auckland painters were great right from the start. Found them online and got a quote within a few days. We were repainting a villa and they gave us advice on what bits needed to be fixed up first. They happily worked around the builders who were doing the fix up jobs so nothing got delayed. Attention to detail was excellent and the painters were very friendly and a pleasure to have around. Great all-in-one service as they organise the house wash and scaffolding themselves. Makes everything really easy as you only have to deal with one person. Communication was also great. The paint job was very neat and tidy. They finished painting the exterior of our two storey weatherboard home in a week and the team were friendly and considerate, and tidied up after they left. I booked a small job for plastering and painting, which involved repairs from the removal of air-conditioning units. Excellent service and very competitive quote.
